Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Team Leader to oversee the operations at Store 7171. As the first-line operational supervisor, you will be responsible for training and leading team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience, quality food, and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities
- Train and lead team members to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Ensure the quality and taste of food meets the company's standards.
- Comply with all JIB procedures and systems.
- Execute on 20/20 guest expectations.
Qualifications
- 6 months of JIB experience or 1 year supervisory experience in customer service.
- Completion of Team Leader training classes.
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages may be required based on location.
- Basic math, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
