As a Team Member, you will provide exceptional customer service, stock shelves, and ensure a clean and welcoming environment for shoppers.
Responsibilities
- Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
- Package, weigh, and price products for sale.
- Maintain product quality, proper rotation, and cleanliness of cases and shelves.
- Provide excellent customer service and maximize sales potential.
- Follow established procedures and health/safety regulations.
Requirements
- No prior retail experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 6-8 hours.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
