Job Description

Whole Foods Market is currently hiring Team Members for various departments in our store, providing opportunities for Full-Time and Part-Time roles. As a Team Member, you will support customer service, stocking, and sanitation activities in your assigned department. Responsibilities

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow department procedures for product preparation, storage, rotation, and stocking.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cases and shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and utilize suggestive selling techniques.
• Comply with health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory checks and other tasks as needed.
• Learn about products carried in the department and deliver information effectively.
• Work as part of a team to meet customer service expectations and standards.

Requirements

• No prior retail experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Passion for natural foods and Whole Foods Market's mission.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks in various working conditions.
